You're never as good as everyone tells you when you win, and you're never as bad as they say when you lose. ~Lou Holtz This is so true. I remember a football coach of my sons telling me after a game in which he missed a last second field goal at the end of the game, "Kickers get too much credit when things go well and too much of the blame when things go bad." Isn't that true in leadership too? Humbling isn't it?
