One of the greatest things about leadership is having fun! If you impart knowledge that is great but if everyday is creative and exciting with potential to have fun, it will increase productivity. When I worked for PM (program Manager) he taught me the secret of having fun. He took me too a back room where He had a table tennis(not just Ping Pong, smile) and said if your up to the challenge, I will teach you everything I know about PM work but also this game. I laughed because HE added, except how to beat me at my game! Well, I never could beat Him at table tennis and we sweat off many pounds together, but I did learn both the trade and the game as a result of His teaching me as a leader. I in turn tried the best I could and still do to instill the joy of relaxation and equipping others to excel at what they do best. That is my joy in life, and it just gets better although my GAME and the approach is constantly being assessed for relevance in the world we live in today. Have FUN everyday and not just on the weekend. The difference between work and play is not the day of the week, but the way we treat each one. Have a wonderful weekend.
