Frustration when expressed in a way that can be received is a valuable toolbox to have. First I will usually sleep on the issue over night write it down, pray(for me it works wonders) and then see if I still feel the same in the AM. If so then I reexamine what was the cause to see what my part may have been in the perceived problem and if it is still there then deal with my portion of it first. Last is bringing it to a trusted friend or associate outside of my direct immediate influence, this way the feedback received is not due to my feelings but rather on how the issue may be approached. All of us have times when we get frustrated mine are mostly at my own ineffectiveness or lack of wisdom used when making a previous mistake and not rectifying it immediately. Hope that helps someone. Have a great team day!

Meetings usually are necessary if information is selective in nature for a specific project or individual input, or as a way of bringing new information to any group that is responsible for delegating tasks that other managers must take part in or to share with their co workers. Most people dislike being told something that has already been communicated in a proper way to them, and it sometimes can take away perceived authority that helps to allow a member to know there input is important. Leadership never uses just a meeting to share information as it is probably in my opinion the least pro active approach we have although it is necessary at times.
